Our Terms

Welcome to the Indah Design website and online store, we suggest you take a few minutes to review these terms and  conditions. 

Purchase of goods (including purchases made online, by email, by phone or any other channel) from Indah Designs is considered to be your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice; we suggest you check them regularly and prior to ordering.


All prices listed on the Indah designs website are in Australian dollars, are inclusive of GST and are valid and effective in Australia only and are subject to change without notice.

In the event a product ordered is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, Indah Designs has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.  Indah Designs may advise of price corrections 
and, in this case, you have the right to accept the new price or cancel your order.

Our preferred method of ordering is by way of our online store.

We endeavour to hold stock for all of our product range.  Please check on the products information page for stock availability.

Please contact us on to check the “lead delivery times” for “out of stock” products.


Goods must be paid for in full and made online using MasterCard, Visa Card or PayPal.  Goods will be dispatched on confirmation of payment.


Goods may be returned and a refund given if:

•  The reason is a result of our error
•  Goods are damaged on receipt

We do not exchange nor refund for items purchased on sale.

Refunds will be finalised within four weeks of receipt of the returned goods; which allows for transit time, administration and 
inter-bank processing of the refund amount.

receipt of incorrect items

If you receive an incorrect item to the one ordered:

•  Email us at within 24 hours of delivery
•  We will email you an exchange claim form for you to lodge 
•  Once approved, you will be provided with an exchange authorisation code
•  We will arrange collection of the goods to be returned and delivery of the correct item, at our cost
•  For “in stock” items, we aim to deliver the replaced goods within normal delivery time frames
•  For “out of stock” items we will refund 100% of the purchase price and shipping costs

All returned items must be returned in the original packing and care taken with re-packing to avoid damage during transit. Returned goods must be unused and in the original condition as shipped to you.

Refunds will be processed on receipt of the retuned items and we will endeavour to process your refund within 7 business days.

You will be notified by email to confirm we have processed your refund.

receipt of damaged products

We have a rigid quality control process and every product is thoroughly inspected before packaging and dispatch. Similarly, we use reputable couriers to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition.

We encourage you to inspect your order for damages to packaging in the presence of the delivery courier prior to signing for receipt.  In the event items have been damaged, please ensure you have a record of the driver's name and signature on the delivery note to enable us to lodge a claim against the courier company.

To arrange return of the damaged goods,ideally you should take a photograph of the damaged item immediately and notify us on 24 hours of delivery. 

Details to be included in your email are: 

•  Your name, delivery address and telephone number
•  Original date of purchase and order number
•  A photograph of the damaged/faulty item
•  Date of delivery, courier driver's details

You will be emailed a returns form for completion once your return has been approved.

We will arrange for the item to be collected and a replacement delivered to you at our cost.   If a replacement item is not available we will refund you 100% of the purchase price and shipping costs.

limitation of liability

Indah Designs does not accept any liability for any damage or injury caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from us, other than those imposed by statue of the Trade Practices Act.  We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you, arising from services and/or product/s we have supplied.  The maximum aggregate liability for any product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the product(s) in question.


By accessing our website, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees arising from or in connection with your use of our website.

customer obligations

As a customer of Indah Designs, you must provide accurate information about yourself and be truthful in your dealing with us at all times.

Such information may include your full name, delivery address, current address, home phone, work phone, mobile phone, credit card details and any other details required to process your purchase or obtain a refund. iIncorrect address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided and we do not receive the goods back to our warehouse within 21 days from despatch, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.

late delivery/order does not arrive

We encourage you keep track of your order. Where available, we will provide you with a tracking/consignment number and courier company details so you can track your parcel at all times.

It is your responsibility to advise us within 14 working days from notification of despatch that you have not received your order.  Once we are advised an order has not been received, we will make enquires to determine its location. A late delivery does not constitute a breach of your agreement with us and will not entitle you to cancel your order.  Any delivery date quoted is an estimate only and we will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of a late delivery of your order.

acceptance of delivery

Customers are responsible to have someone available at the delivery address authorised to sign for and accept receipt of the order.  For courier deliveries, if no one is available to accept the delivery, a notice will be left in your mail box advising how to arrange alternative delivery time.  

Any additional costs incurred for re-delivery attempts, will be paid for by the customer.

For Australia Post deliveries, a card will be left if you are not available and the order will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.  If an order is not collected in the time allotted by Australia Post, customers are liable for any additional 
re - delivery costs.

At Indah Designs we consider the privacy of all personal information collected on our website to be of the utmost importance.  All personal information provided will be used by us solely to conduct our business and will not be shared with any third parties, other than for the purpose of payment processing and product delivery.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.  When ordering or registering on our site you may be asked to enter your name, email address or mailing address, as appropriate.  You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

how do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
