We deliver door to door nationally; no where in Australia is too far away for us to get our amazing and eclectic products to you. We ship clothing and accessories worldwide.
Orders are shipped using Australia Post or professional couriers.
We endeavour to dispatch “in stock” items on the next business day, following confirmation of payment for the goods.
We use top quality packing materials to ensure your goods arrive safe and sound.
Shipping costs will vary depending on your order and delivery location.
You will receive an email notification containing, among other things, a tracking number for the shipment of your order.
For tacking purposes, a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of the goods. If delivery is attempted and there is no one home an “attempted delivery” slip will be left in your letterbox advising where to collect your package. We recommend using an address where someone will be available to sign for receipt during business hours. We cannot accept responsibility for your order, if you elect for your order to be left on your door step without a signature receipt. We aim to keep you informed about the progress of the delivery of your order and, once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email giving you the delivery information:
• Time of dispatch
• Estimated delivery date
• Details of the freight company usedf for shipment of your order
• Consignment number/tracking number, if available. for tracking and managing your order

• Sydney metropolitan area, 1 to 2 working days for all small items
• Rest of NSW 1-3 working days
• Melbourne/Brisbane Mteropolitan and Gold Coast 1-4 working days
• Rest of Vic/Qld, including regional areas 1-5 working days
• Adelaide 1-5 working days
• Rest of SA 2-7 working days
• Perth metropolitan 1-7 working days
• Rest of WA 2-12 working days
• Darwin metropolitan 2-7 working days
• Rest of NT 2-10 working days
• Tasmania 2-10 working days
The above delivery times are estimates only. Standard delivery times are between 9am and 5pm, unless otherwise arranged (additional charges may apply for same day shipping, or out of hours delivery if requested).
If the item is faulty or we have issued wrong stock we will cover full postage costs. However we do not cover postage charges for change of mind or incorrect choice.
You may be charged a re-delivery fee if you are not home to accept receipt of the goods. We encourage you to track your order regularly to avoid re-delivery fees.
