Shipping + Returns
Shipping within Australia.
Orders are shipped with Australia Post or sendle and tracking updates are sent to your email address.
Standard shipping can take between 3-5 business days to reach your address.
- All orders are shipped with Australia Post - unless you are notified by email that it will be shipped via courier.
- Our head office is situated in a rural area and could take an extra day to get to you, please take this in to consideration.
- Shipping costs within Australia will change depending on the weight of the order.
- Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
International Shipping.
- We ship worldwide.
- International orders will be shipped with Australia Post. (please note due to covid19 there are shipping delays that are out of our con(pletrol. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.)
- All orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order
- International orders can take up to 10-15 business days, and can take longer if they are held up in customs.
- International shipping cost will change depending on the weight of your order.
- Once you order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
- We use a trackable international service which can be can tracked from door to door.
- Please note: Once the parcel has been scanned as delivered to address Indah Designs is no longer liable for the parcel.
- If we currently don't ship to your country, we highly recommend not using a ship and send service as we have had issues with this in the past.
Returns.
Indah Designs is happy to accommodate your return or exchange for any reason, on the condition they adhere within the following guidelines, please note however we do not provide refunds for change of mind only for faulty items.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on domestic orders within 10 days from date of shipment and International orders within 20 days from date of shipment.
Items must be in new condition with garment tags attached. All items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. We will not be held responsible for any items returned that are not in new condition.
We recommend trying on all purchases once received, to ensure you have adequate time with in our returns timeframe.
There will be no returns on sale or discounted items. All purchases on sale items are final.
We will not be held responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the item. If the item does not reach us safely, Indah Designs will not be held responsible.
How to return an item:
- Email info@indahdesigns.com.au to request a return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order
- Please include your full name, reason for return, order number and which item/s you would like to exchange
- Once your return has been approved you will receive an email with a form to be filled out and returned with your item/s.
- Once we have received your return item we will notify you and process your return / exchange within 7 business days.
